The Board of Sabine’s Home Care Services brings together a team of experienced and dedicated leaders, united by a shared commitment to supporting the wellbeing of our clients and community. Each member contributes their unique expertise in health, aged care, disability, policy, and community leadership, guiding the organisation with care, integrity, and a focus on person-centred outcomes. Together, they ensure that every decision reflects our values of respect, inclusivity, and excellence in service.

Bryce Craggs

Bryce is an innovative and strategic leader with extensive experience across the local government and community sectors. Driven by a strong commitment to social justice and equity, he is dedicated to creating meaningful and lasting change within the community.
Throughout his career, Bryce has been recognised for his collaborative approach and his ability to bring people together through co-design and partnership. He has a proven track record in developing strategic relationships that deliver sustainable outcomes and strengthen community connections.
As a valued Board Member of Sabine’s Home Care Services, Bryce contributes his vision, expertise, and passion for equitable care to help guide the organisation’s ongoing growth and commitment to excellence.

Philipp Herrmann

Philipp is an accomplished professional in advocacy, policy, and strategic communications, with extensive experience across the health, disability, aged care, and not-for-profit sectors. Passionate about building capacity with organisations, Philipp is dedicated to strengthening their ability to create meaningful impact and achieve lasting results.
With a strong background in government relations, Philipp has worked within ministerial offices and contributed to key national inquiries and consultation processes, including those led by the Productivity Commission, Royal Commission, and Joint Standing Committee into Aged Care, Disability, and Mental Health.

As a valued Board Member of Sabine’s Home Care Services, Philipp brings strategic insight, policy expertise, and a deep commitment to advancing inclusive, person-centred care across the community.

Clinical Oversight 

Our Governing Board member with Clinical oversight is a highly dedicated and qualified Registered Nurse (Division 1) with a Master in Mental Health Nursing. They bring extensive experience across acute care, residential care, mental health, and community care settings. 

Throughout her career, they have demonstrated an unwavering commitment to providing the highest standard of nursing care, delivered with compassion and professionalism. They are passionate about supporting the wellbeing of older adults and takes a holistic, person-centred approach to ensure each individual receives respectful and tailored care. 

As a valued member of the Sabine’s Home Care Services Board, they contribute their clinical expertise, leadership, and deep understanding of holistic care to help shape our organisation’s ongoing commitment to quality and excellence. 


Our Management Team

The Management Team drives Sabine’s Home Care Services vision by translating strategic goals into actionable plans and overseeing day-to-day operations. They provide leadership across all functions, ensuring that teams are aligned, motivated, and performing at their best. By managing resources, guiding decision-making, and mitigating risks, the team ensures operational efficiency, financial viability, and sustainable growth. Serving as the link between the board, employees, and external stakeholders, the Management Team plays a pivotal role in steering the company toward long-term sustainable success.

Sabine Brindley (Owner/Director)

Sabine has an extensive background across multiple facets of community and health care, holding roles including Personal Care Assistant, Nurse, Internal Auditor, Health Case Manager, and Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant. As an Educator in Aged and Disability Care and Transition Education, she has worked with students of varying abilities, sharing her knowledge and passion for inclusive care. Since 2016, Sabine has also served as Director and Manager of an in-home care business.

Through her years of experience, Sabine developed a deep understanding of the challenges faced by both clients and care providers in the community sector. Listening closely to clients’ needs, she recognised gaps in existing support systems and saw an opportunity to do better. Her vision was to create a home care service that not only met clients’ needs but consistently exceeded expectations, delivering high-quality, consumer-directed supports.
That vision became Sabine’s Home Care Services, a compassionate, inclusive organisation built on respect, diversity, and a genuine commitment to improving lives.

Today, Sabine continues to play an active, hands-on role in the company, while managing operations and nurturing relationships within the ever-growing Sabine’s Home Care Services community. She leads with empathy, integrity, and grace, driven by her belief that everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, and that quality care has the power to transform lives.

Vicki Hill (Office Manager)

In October 2021, Vicki joined Sabine’s Home Care Services as Office Manager, bringing a wealth of experience and a genuine commitment to improving the wellbeing of everyone she works with clients and colleagues alike.
Before joining the team, Vicki spent more than 15 years in the aged care sector, working in a variety of roles including Personal Care Assistant, Enrolled Nurse, and Assistant Manager. Her journey began with a passion for hands-on care, which inspired her to further her education and become an Enrolled Nurse solidifying her calling in the care profession.

In her current role, Vicki draws on her extensive experience and training to plan, direct, coordinate, and evaluate the delivery of high-quality residential and personal care services. She plays a key role in ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of both clients and staff, implementing strategies that meet the unique needs of every individual.

Belinda McNaught (RN Div. 1 Clinical Care Partner)

Belinda brings a wealth of nursing experience and genuine compassion to her role at Sabine’s Home Care Services.

After completing her Bachelor of Nursing and Postgraduate Certificate in Neuroscience Nursing, she worked across a variety of hospital settings, including neurosurgery, rehabilitation, and stroke research. She has also supported nursing students and managed clinical wards.

Since joining Sabine’s Home Care Services in 2020 as a Clinical Care Consultant, Belinda. has overseen all clinical in-home supports and now leads our Support at Home team.

Known for her kindness, empathy, and heart-led approach, Belinda is deeply passionate about helping older Australians live safely and independently at home while staying connected to their communities.

Despina Kavnoudias (Quality, Risk and Compliance Manager)

With over 40 years of experience supporting some of the most vulnerable in our community, Despina has been instrumental in shaping the services we now often take for granted. She played a hands-on role in testing the prototype that would become My Aged Care and contributed to piloting the NDIS in its earliest stages well before it became a national system.

Throughout her career, Despina has led multi-regional service operations, supported frontline teams, and helped launch new aged care services in regional areas, including the Grampians.

Today, Despina brings her expertise, compassion, and thoughtful approach to overseeing all Quality, Risk, and Compliance matters at Sabine’s Home Care Services. Her guidance ensures the organisation maintains the highest standards of care, safety, and accountability for both participants and staff.

Support at Home Team

Supporting every client with kindness, respect, and genuine care delivering trusted, person-centred support every day.

Our Support at Home Package Team are all nurses (Registered and Enrolled Nurses). They have varied experiences including working with the ACAS team, Transitional Care, in residential care facilities and in community nursing. Combined the team bring half a century worth of invaluable industry experience to the role.

Our experienced Care Partners work with you, your supporters and your loved one, to assess, develop and implement a range of services and supports with the focus on improving your health and well-being.

The role of the Support at Home team is to:

  • Work with you and your family to create a personalised care plan which meets your individual needs, goals, and interests.
  • Identify, implement, monitor and manage care services.
  • Arrange allied health services or home equipment to ensure the care and your home is all set up for your care needs.
  • Liaise, educate, support and advocate for you and your family.
  • With the support of the Administration Roster team, the Care Partners assist you and your loved ones with scheduling needs and requests.

Our friendly Administration and Roster Team is here to help with all general and scheduling enquiries. We understand how important consistency and communication is in home based care, so our team works hard to ensure every service runs smoothly and efficiently.

With kindness and professionalism, we coordinate rosters, manage appointments, and support participants, families, and care staff to stay informed and connected. Whether you need to adjust a visit, confirm a schedule, or ask a question, our team is here to assist with clarity and care.

At the heart of what we do is a genuine commitment to compassionate, person-centred care. We take pride in building trusted relationships and ensuring every one receives consistent, high-quality support that promotes comfort, dignity, and independence.

Accounts Team

Supporting our clients and community with accuracy, transparency, and care.

Our Accounts and Finance Team are highly experienced and play a vital role within Sabine’s Home Care Services. They are responsible for managing and overseeing all financial operations, ensuring our organisation runs smoothly and efficiently behind the scenes.

With great attention to detail and a strong commitment to integrity, the team handles client invoicing, payments, budgeting, and financial reporting with professionalism and care. Their work ensures that every transaction is processed accurately and in line with our service standards and compliance requirements.

Beyond numbers, our Accounts and Finance Team pride themselves on providing friendly, responsive support to clients, families, and staff. They are always happy to assist with enquiries about statements, billing, or funding, ensuring clarity and peace of mind for everyone involved.

Through their reliability and expertise, they help maintain the financial stability that allows us to continue delivering high-quality, person-centred care across our community.

Support Workers

Our professional and friendly team at Sabine’s Home Care Services provides personalised in-home care and community support, helping you maintain independence, comfort, and confidence every day. With their skills, dedication, and compassion, you can be assured of safe, reliable, and person-centred care.

Every support worker undergoes a thorough selection and training process to ensure you are always in capable hands.

Our process includes:

  • Phone screening and a face-to-face interview
  • Comprehensive background checks, including references, annual police checks, Working with Children Checks, NDIS Worker Screening, and a signed Statutory Declaration, Banning Orders

Qualifications and Training

  • Minimum qualifications: Certificate III in Aged Care, Home and
  • Community Care, or Individual Support, or Certificate IV in Disability
  • All support workers are trained in First Aid, including CPR
  • Knowledge of The Aged Care Act and the Statement of Rights
  • Receive ongoing sector related training
