Home Help

We realise that an important part of maintaining overall health is the ability to live in a safe, comfortable and clean environment. 

Depending on your level of need, our support workers can provide regular assistance with varying levels of domestic tasks, which can be adjusted over time as your needs change. 

These can include light cleaning tasks such as:

  • Laundry and washing assistance

  • Making beds and changing linens

  • Bathrooms, showers and toilets 

  • Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping 

  • Cleaning surfaces

We also offer other forms of Help at Home such as: 

  • Meal planning and preparation

  • Shopping assistance

  • Outsourced gardening and home maintenance 

Personal Care Services

Personal Care is an important part in maintaining physical and mental health. At Sabine’s Home Care Services we have a range of dedicated personal care services to enable you to continue looking and feeling like your best self, even when illness or injury try to hold you back.

Services vary based on your level of need and may include:

  • Assistance with showering or bathing

  • Assistance with toileting and continence aides

  • Shaving and grooming

  • Dressing/undressing and compression wear

  • Medication prompt
  • Management of skin integrity 

  • Nursing, allied health and other clinical services

Social Support & Social Outings

We understand that maintaining relationships within the community is an integral part of sustaining all round health and well-being. We provide personalised supports to those at risk of social isolation or in need of companionship. Our friendly support staff are here to help you maintain your mental and emotional health by enabling you to participate in community life and develop social connections through community access and relationship building with care workers.

  • In-home visits and telephone/video supports

  • Finding and attending social activities within your local community

  • Providing companionship and emotional support 

  • Access to group activities and events in the community

Community Access and Transportation Assistance

Getting out and about alone can be daunting and difficult at times, that’s why our friendly support staff are here to help.

Whether require need transport to the doctor or you an extra set of hands to help with the grocery shopping, we’re here to take you where you need to go. Our support staff are here to help so that you can continue to live the life you love out in the community.

Respite Care
